Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of BipPass. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you're accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organisation.
The service
BipPass provides zero-knowledge secret management. Because secrets are encrypted on your devices, you are responsible for safeguarding the passphrase and keys that decrypt them. We cannot recover encrypted data if those keys are lost.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to store or distribute unlawful content.
- Attempt to breach, probe, or degrade the security or availability of the service.
- Resell or sublicense the service without our written consent.
Accounts & workspaces
You're responsible for activity under your account and for the members you invite to a workspace. Workspace owners control roles, access, and billing for their teams.
Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Usage beyond your plan's limits may require an upgrade. We'll always tell you before a limit blocks your work.
Availability & liability
We work hard to keep BipPass available, but the service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in advance, and continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions? Email legal@bippass.dev.
